Borrowers – Primary Market

1. Prepare a term sheet and an information memorandum, which should indicate the maximum bid rate that you are seeking.
2. We send these to the investors on our platform.
3. If there is interest, we will have a real time auction to fund your business.
4. After the auction, we connect the borrower with the investors who will have bidded the lowest interest rates.

Trading – Secondary Market

1. Provide supporting documents (for example, proof of ownership, trust deed, original term sheet).
2. We send the information to the other institutional investors on our platform.
3. If there is interest, we arrange a real time auction for the sale of your securities.
4. We then connect you with the winners of the auction who will have bid the highest price.
